Meet Taigan
Taigan is a homegrown candidate, having lived in Johnson County since 2004. Taigan graduated from Warrensburg High School in 2019 with 47 credit hours at the University of Central Missouri, graduating high school with over a third of a college degree completed. Taigan went on to get her real estate license in 2020 to help first time homebuyers become homeowners, even in the difficult economic times faced during covid. Taigan is a mother to two children and happily married to her spouse, Jacob Plummer. Taigan has been deeply involved in her community and looks to bring her ambitions to Jefferson City to advocate for her fellow neighbors.

Actively volunteered for court advocacy and community outreach programs to advocate for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Johnson County.
Fuller Center for Housing

Helped low income families afford home repairs to ensure they could maintain living in a safe, warm, and dry home in Johnson County.
Warrensburg Main Street
General Volunteer 2022-2025
Helped on the organization committee and economic vitality committee to promote small business in the downtown areas of Warrensburg.
City of Warrensburg Energy and Sustainability Task Force

Help plan and promote sustainable solutions in the City of Warrensburg as it relates to future development of the City of Warrensburg.

Taigan believes in animal welfare and actively fosters displaced animals needing rehomed while they are getting ready for adoption, also advocating for infrastructure to support displaced pets.
